Have an incubation problem?

Keep in mind, what works for one does not always work for all.

Check back often as we update with new information.

Incubation all starts with turning the eggs. It is recommended that you turn the eggs at least twice a day during hatch to prevent embryo sticking to shell.

An easy home made turner was designed by Sandy Cowan, this can be used while storing your eggs until incubator time.

Sandy also designed a turner that can be used inside any incubator all you need to do is adjust the sizing to match your incubator.

There are many different types of incubators on the market most people start with the standard Styrofoam incubators  both still air and forced fan are available. A digital thermometer is a must. you can purchase one fairly reasonable from some place local like a Wal-Mart.
